Studio Policies

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the service price.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount. We reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings after a no-show.

We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy applies.

A 25% deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information (name, email, phone) only to provide our services, process payments, and communicate with you about your appointments.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate our business (e.g., payment processing via Square, email notifications via Resend).
